Troy has a very sweet disposition and is a gentle dog. He is quick to warm up to others but he is definitely my dog.

Being a border collie mix, Troy has been genetically blessed with some anxieties, to other dogs and new people, and has proven to be a great working dog while working through all his awkward anxiousness.

Gone are the days of barking at others, and his focus rarely strays from the task at hand. He enjoys life most when he knows what he should be doing, which is where agility has helped him overcome a lot of his troubles and taught me how to become a better trainer.
He placed 4th in his first agility regional event in 2012 in the 26″ regular class, and has a very natural jumping style.

He also enjoys playing with discs and has some super fancy flips, tricks to go along with it and even a musical routine!

Troy’s favourite toy is his frisbee or cheap squeaky toys (that make air breathing sounds).
