There Are No Bad Days When Kilo the Pug is Around

There is no doubt in my mind that a dog can brighten your day. How can a day be bad when it begins with a happy wagging tail and pug kisses to wake you up?

Dogs have this innate ability to increase your mood dramatically. Taking a break from the stress of everyday life to have a cuddle or go for a walk can do wonders for reducing stress.

By simply playing with your pup, naturally your brain’s levels of dopamine and serotonin increase. Both of these neurotransmitters are directly associated with pleasure and tranquility. So if you are feeling down lean on man’s best friend, it’s sure to brighten your day and life your mood.

This is so true. Dogs really have a way of keeping us focused on what’s important.

Mom says we are the best thing in the world for her. She wakes up and looks at us in the morning and it makes her smile. We are always there to keep her happy and help her out. Even on bad days, we can help her out with cuddles and goofy stuff.

I have always suspected the health benefits of having a dog. I’m just glad that science has finally gotten around to explaining why it is so.

Sometimes if I’m in a mood, Mr. N will come shove his head under my head for pets. I guess he knows a thing or two!
